I think that trying is one of the best things you, or anyone, can do. Sorry, Yoda, I don't believe that there is no try. You can't do if you don't try. There's something powerful about how you were willing to set down your greatest fears in your very first entry.

Amazing entry. I think that being an abuse survivor makes us worry more about not being able to love our own kids, I worry about that but I love them so much that it hard to imagine my life without them

I so agree. It's hard too, when the people who were supposed to protect you didn't, it makes you question not only your worth, but every person who comes into your life offering those same promises. It's been a struggle, but I'm starting to move on.
