 I read somewhere that depression is anger turned inward. This, I believe, is very true.

I wonder why I have so much anger this week. I am unable to remove my claws from it, it seems they only sink deeper. I don't want to confront it, I can't even put it into words so I'd rather show what I'm feeling. But subtleties are slow and torturous, and no ( Read more... )

Winters are always a rough time for me. I think I have some sort of weather related disorder or something. In any case, it will be over sooner than you think. I've noticed it only takes one nice event to eclipse a whole host of bad ones. It doesn't really go the other way around, so just ride it out. You'll feel better in no time.

Yea my mom is sort of a hypochondriac.. it's called SAD (seasonal affective disorder), she's claimed she had that for years. Who knows, maybe you do have it. I was born and raised in the south, so I just prefer the sweltering heat and bare skin. Maybe it's our nature? Thanks for the bit of cheering up, I know you're right.
