I'm pretty sure you're thinking too hard about everything. You need to take things one at a time and once you start getting upset over it..move on to the next thing.

-Get your shoulder checked if you have a physical, or even if you dont. Worst case scenario, you rehab or get some work done and miss some football, which you dont seem thrilled about anyways.
-Even you're getting some man flab with that shoulder, you can work those abs, get that core ready for wrestling.
-A month is still a decent amount of time to finish homework. Try to figure out the least amount of work you would have to do every day to get it done, and do it that way.
-Jessie's awesome, shouldn't take much at all to fix that. Plus, this is what happens when you don't see her in a couple days.
