ouchies, my head is killing me.

i hate anxiety attacks. they leave me feeling worn out, embarrassed, and immature. for me i get a rush of negative emotions. sooo much energy that burns inside, but there is nothing i can do to calm it.

seriously. how do you fix that?

oh man. i've had a stomach virus since saturday.

yesterday i ate food for the first time, though just some soup.
today i made myself eat oatmeal. i think that'll be good till tonight.
tomorrow... i think i might eat veggie sushi if i'm feeling solids. i know i need protein... maybe a bean burrito would be better.
