So after the Ford fiasco last night and slipping a little by drinking too much wine, our company decided to take us out to a nice sit down place for lunch.
The Healthy menu advertised happily that all dishes on that page were 650 calories or less!!!

It is difficult to set absolute bottom calorie levels,
because everyone has different body composition and activity levels.
Health authorities do set some baselines - these are 1200 calories per day
for women, and 1800 calories per day for men.
So, 650 calories, in a world of 1000 - 2000 calorie fast-food lunches, looks pretty damn healthy.

I leaned over to Tiffany and said the same thing about "OMG! this is 650 calories and it's their low-cal stuff!" and she said "Yeah but compare it to the rest of the menu!"
