This is the same spot I completely screwed up on last time.
I have my 1200 calorie diet plan all set out so I know exactly what to eat but now I have to add a couple extra and I want them to be good calories not just more sugar and dipping sauces.

Eggs are a good way.
Also fruits are good.
Easy to snack on and healthy.
Nuts.
Just one extra glass of milk is 80.
A bowl of cereal is 160.
Easy snacks like that.
Something the first week is lacking in are breads.
Have a bagel or some toast and that would be perfect.
Maybe toast with peanut butter.
It's fast and that would be an extra 200 easy.
Maybe granola bars or dried fruit for work snacks.

Unfortunately I am broke again because of Ford. I want the Ford Credit company to suffer a massive failure in their personal computers...That or have the people that control their car loans just start taking money randomly.
