I rode my bicycle up alabama yesterday.  I hadn't exercised in a few weeks.  It burned so bad.  But it felt so good.  I loved feeling alive.  Like someone slapped you out of your routine and said hey, you are fuckin alive.  You feel that pain, you feel your heart beating in your chest, you feel your eyes pulsating, and your body pouring out sweat
