sunday is my birthday!

I went and had a meeting with my treatment team yesterday it seems that with all the stress lately I have been inadvertantly been restricting again and am in trouble again so I am back to having to go back to group more which means I am back up to 3-4 a week and not my random 2 I guess I should have known I havent seen the inside of the grocery ( Read more... )
