The problem with "engaged" companies is their trying to control the ways their employees think and their actions. You should be "aligned", otherwise you are "difficult".
Once you are let go, there is this feeling of being exposed, this fear of being not adequate that follows you everywhere.

It was the "dream job" at the "dream company". And one day, it wasn't anymore.
Here are some things I'd have to share with whoever is passing through the same:
- You are not the problem, they are.
- It is wrong - repeat with me, WRONG - making you open up and then using the information gathered against you.

After 3x14 - aka The Feast - 3x15 was disappointing. No thrilling, not enough Mo screen time. Although he looks good in Fred Kruger outfit, it was such a duh! episode...
