pffft whatever,to bad i haven't become everything i never would,yeah i don't know him but i'm straightedge and i thought so was he,i looked up to him for still being straightedge.Call me obsessed,i feel betrayed.I know that you don't care about the straightedge and lack all known credibility and sincereity so you could never relate.I'm not sorry for being sore over it even if it is his life.

Yes, he was edge Allan for more years than you'd comprehend, and dont think it didn't make some of us sore too knowing that he'd maybe made a chioce that opened him up to more of life's avoidable shit. But, feelings aside, it's brett's decision, whether we like it or not. Just like anyone who makes a decision.
And as far as the "I still looked up to him" part, dude, you don't know him, how can you make a comment like that. Just because he was edge , didn't mean he didn't say, do, and think stuff or turn out to be the kind of person you would totally abhore on all grounds. I don't care about 'the straightedge'? Yeah, probably, if you look at it in perspective, but i do however care about MY FRIENDS. Which has priority place for me.
I understand if you feel sore about it, you hold alot of things to heart, which is actually a good thing. But, don't be so silly Allan. Stop looking for role-models and hero's and become your own.
