We are insane/amazing. How about, insanely amazing? It sounds better than amazingly insane.

The thing I have found about tours is that the perfect name will fall out of the sky, possibly in the very beginning stages (like, in the airport bar), and must be casually uttered by tour participant while s/he is TOTALLY WASTED.
That said, I hereby bestow any/all tour-naming responsibilities upon.. um, Kevin.
