I feel like much of my life that I once enjoyed has been cast in shadow. Things rarely work out the way we plan, some times they work out better, some times not. I still have not got internet in my house, or gone back to collage as I planed. I hope this is only a set back, and not the way it is to be.

A man shook my hand today and said thank you, thank you for serving our country. I have always felt some how wrong accepting thank yous such as this, undeserving perhaps. I believe yesterday’s post was done before I had sorted out my feelings, not that I have really done so yet. I believe what hurt the most was my father saying that he was dead inside, that he did not care if he lived on or not. O late my posts to this journal have been down to say the least, this one is no better. I got to see my brother's kids Thursday and again Saturday. I have thought about moving for some time. My one bed room apartment has been too small for a long time now. I am considering moving to Columbia City. I have not told any one of these thoughts, but my brother has 3 great kids, and I have missed so much of their lives.
