How much you wanna bet Young Johnny's tale of woe was one of the things they considered in their conferences on whether or not they should change the cap? It was probably pivotal in their final decisions. Johnny had so much potential, you know. He might've been the black horse victor in the Iditarod if he managed to keep away from that alcohol he seems to have a predilection for.
