my anger is slowly taking more and more joy out of everything and i don't know how to make it stop before i ruin every relationship and experience i have. it's consuming everything, what do i do? how do i learn to let go?

i wish that sometimes when i was upset or furious i could turn off my brain for a little bit so that i could just actually enjoy moments without planning out what angry conversations i'm going to have or livid "i can't FUCKING BELIEVE YOU" emails that i want to write.
