So I’ve been trying to track down a J2 fic for a while now that I’ve been wanting to reread; this is all I can remember of it….

Jensen and Jared are married and have.. 4 kids… maybe… they have a happy life together and the Jared is diagnosed with cancer…. The fic goes on to tell the story about how the family deals with the diagnosis…
