So I finally got a car today. Not exactly what I had in mind, but they let me take it home tonight, which makes it a lot easier on my family. And since it's an American car it will be much easier and cheaper to have fixed and serviced. And the manual and controls are in English, which apparently is not the case on 1994 Volvos that were sold before ( Read more... )

My car finally died yesterday. It lasted 241,767 miles. It survived a wheel falling off on the interstate, numerous trips to shows, and the gravel pit behind Pat's house ( Read more... )

Went down to the South Shore last night with Zack and Courtney. It was a good time, got to see my boys in JV. Met JV Mike finally, Tim, and some other good dudes. At work today a Brazilian driver made a delivery. On the back of his trailer, he had spraypainted the following:

"Be a flirt, lift your shirt!"

and below it:

"I like white slutz." Also included was his cellphone number.

Amazing.
