so... funny thing about the music industry... turns out its a truly evil place. seeing as i'm not huge on the idea of exploiting half-naked teenage girls for a living, i'm done with it

It's great that you're happy with this Chrissy. Learning the hard way is how im "making it" through college. I should know, ive been to 4 of them. Haha.
And if Twin Berlin is your roomate's band, then they played at this venue I was at last night in Keene next to campus. It's some girl's basement.
thankkss. its good hear from someone else whose been as all over the place as i have. i feel like in the long run we'll know more in general having been so many different places and tried so many different things. even if they were complete failures.
anddd twin berlin is my roommates band but they were here last night. hmmm imposters perhaps.
And I typed that weird, they didn't play last night. I was just reading on the venue's myspace that they played there last year or so. They should play up here so I can see them
haha i asked them. they actually did play there last summer. they're doing a US tour this summer so maybe they'll make it back. are you going to be there for the summer?
I hear you on that one. After taking/suffering through film classes last semester, I can truthfull say I haven't watched a movie in a long long time. I can most likely blame it on the over-analyzing of movies and the over-coincieted and self-righteous attitudes of everyone in the department.
yeah my roommate says that he has to watch every movie at least twice because he can only think about the camera angles the first time. are you still doing film?
dooo ittt! i just so happen to be on spring break next week. i have bar tending class from 11-3 every day and i'll be in rhode island on thursday but other than that i'm wide open.
"the only time i've ever been genuinely proud of anything i've done is when i paint/draw/ physically create something"
that is something that is always satisfying. i look at a painting of a bird in a field i did in highschool whenever i walk past it. and making something that turns out nice is always good too.
it realllyyy is. i need something more tangible than just a letter grade or some meaningless numbers. i'm pretty sure that my painting i did on the wall of the high school got demolished which sucks because i loved it.
yesss siirrr. i'm living in boston for the summer but i'll be back and fourth quite a bit. especially around june with all my brother's graduation festivities.
