The law doesn't just apply to schedule 1 substances like crack either. Good ol' Marijuana qualifies. These laws don't serve as any type of deterrent, they just serve as a tremendous hurdle for nonviolenet offenders to overcome, and they perpetuate this culture of down-on-their-luck drug users who really have no other choice. The system grinds them into the ground. DAMN THE MAN! SAVE THE EMPIRE!
