another hard day

So, I"ve screwed up once again.I did go to school yesterday becuase I wans't ready for my speech class and my shoulder is still so fucking sore.I don't know what is wrong and I don't know that trying to go see my doctor will help.I might be able to do my speech tomorrow but still I'm so not ready for it.My dad is ok with me dropping the class
