yea it sucks about the animals.... more than anyone can imagine. But the reason why they leave their pets is because almost all of the shelters don't take pets. And I'm sure it KILLS the pet owners to leave their pets too. Its just priorities.... Do you stay at your house with your pet and ride it out? Or do you go to safety and hope your pet survives and someone adopts it.... or even better... you get it back. Its just one of the terrible things thats going on down there. Its really tough to watch.

And the thing about Cuba... If we accepted their help, then they'd expect the same thing in return. And with Castro... you never know how major the help they'd need might be. Until Castro shits the bed.... the U.S. should have nothing to do with Cuba.

i don't like people.
honestly, i would never ever leave my dog who i have had for practically half my life in a hurricane. he isn't just a pet he's part of the family. if you buy a pet plan to give it the same kind of love as you would a child or you don't deserve a pet at all. i hope all those people feel so unbelievably horrible about themselves for doing that. and i don't like the whole priority thing, oh well i'd rather save my family ya well your dog, cat, etc. is part of your family too you morons! anyway, i get very upset when hearing about animals being neglected so off to the subject of Cuba. America is like that popular kid in high school that just wants to do everything by itself. so full of himself and all.. wow america needs help from another country for once, no can't do that, can't damage the ego. ha! no wonder why the world hates us
