SO. I've moved to Indianapolis. Got here around 12 and went to lunch with the "CR Girls" (Client Relations) to Macaroni Grill. Came back and got up to speed on my job description with my boss Terry. SO... I'm moving to INDIANAPOLIS! This coming Tuesday, April 17. I'll be home for graduation at the beginning of May and then I'll be back in Indy until mid September. I'm 'gainfully employed' as my dad keeps reminding me.. ha. I'll live up there in a fully furnished apartment (paid for by AGR) and drive a mini-van around (hahaha). I'll travel ( Read more... )

I'm at work.. and it's really cold. It's going pretty well though, just still waiting to hear if they will be paying me for this swell 40-hour-a-week job.. But all is good in the world, because I have a candy dish (filled with valentines day kissables) and pictures at my desk :)). So.. I'm at work, and I haven't ventured out too much but I have noticed that there is a tour bus parked directly outside the front door of our building pretty frequently. Started my internship on Monday after a fabulous week of Shana-time. We ate, and ate and ate and ate some more. Had to get her some southern food.. too bad all veggies are cooked with meat in the south :/ We attended a silly 21st birthday party complete with a keg & stripper. SO. went shopping with Kristin in Orlando for a few days and stayed at her house. It was a very nice mini-vacation. We watched Devil Wears Prada, some Grey's Anatomy and went to Milennia to do some shopping :) I sort of bought more stuff for myself, but oh well... :) I finally found a Christmas dress! two days of class and I will be done. hard to believe. no more group projects, no more stupid lectures, no more getting up at 7 am to catch the city bus (ew.)
