Wow? This is so offbeat, in a totally good way. The painting in the gallery made me think of The Picture of Dorian Gray; this is really powerful stuff. Doesn't matter if you don't know Dean and Cas;it's like you are writing about two completely original characters, it was so FASCINATING, but it's still a metaphor for their lives. Your style is so complex and so rich, I just got sucked right in and let the dinner burn. PLEASE write some more.

Thank you so much! The Picture of Dorian Gray is actually one of my favorite books, so I'm really honored you saw a tiny connection. I'm glad that even with this different Castiel and Dean, you saw the relation to the "real" ones. I worked hard on that. :) I'm really glad you liked it!

This and the other piece are disturbingly awesome. The way you sketched their characters to be ugly and twisted and torn and yet hopeful and alive and essentially so real really got to me. I absolutely adore both of them.

I thought "Seal Me Up..." was pretty much perfect, but this. THIS!
I can't even explain what I'm feeling right now. I was teary-eyed the whole way through, I'm not even sure why.
So much insight on Cas' character. He is so fragile, I was glad he was at peace with his faith in the end. The evolution of his faith throughout was what struck me the most.

Again, just stunning!

Thank you!
B.

Thank you again! I'm really glad this added something to the first story instead of taking something away. :)

it's just as beautiful as the first and twice as tragically hopeful.
