Today...

Literally did NOTHING, I slept almost all day. Then I woke up and went to go get something to eat with my sister. Then went to get some ice cream, and came home. All in all a very boring day, but relaxing.

So I never updated on how my therapist wanted to tell my parents that I smoke. Eventhough she isn't really allowed to do that, due to patient confidentiality laws...
