Welp, today has been uneventful. Life for me seems to go on normally for the most part except that Ashley is staying with me for the rest of the week while Shel stays with Sean and their parents stay in a hotel until power comes back on and things go back to normal. Yea. It sucks, but I consider myself rather lucky. Last night was horrible. I could hear the shingle of my roof being ripped off the roof and the metal underside of my garage roof torn out. The protective cover construction sites used to protect the walls of buildings was torn and blowing away. All of the trees in my neighborhood are uprooted ( Read more... )

This crap is bbbaaaaaaaaddddddd. I hope y apartment doesn't get blown away. At first they said that the storm would slow down and lose power. But now it has picked up speed and is headed for us at a category 4!!! ack!

Welp I think I might have to leave my apartment. The eye is headed for O-town. We are under tornado watch and Orlando is having a meeting, they might have us evacuate. Damn. Plus the damn storm is coming right through my grandmothers backyard.
