usually when someone kisses someone, it can be "ASSUMED" they dont have a girlfriend....someone tell me if im wrong!

never assume anything... my mom does it and i hate it... i'm sure that your mom might do the same and it prolly drives you just as crazy... there are a lot of bad people in this world, so sometimes you have to be cynical... not to be a downer, but esp. if it is a guy... of course there are some good ones out there, but even the nicest guys can turn out to be assholes... it's all trial and error babe, just take it as a lesson learned... mwaz!
