Yeah I read that article before you linked it and found it to be interesting but didn't change my opinion of the case. It's worth it to look at both sides but it's always so easy for any "expert" to come in and make a sound argument for either side.

I just don't see how the porn argument holds up because I highly doubt that any teenage girl would wish to act out a "porno" where the things that the boys did to her was done. She pissed and threw up on herself that really isn't teenage porn star material.
