Just a little longer

At night when it's time to put Anya to bed and my body is ready to give up, I hold her just a little longer because someday I won't be able to.

Ya, it seems that every day it's something new... It's kinda scary and makes me kinda sad, too.

Ohhh, I completely agree! S's bedtime is becoming my favorite time of the day... I love the quiet time when she's falling asleep and I can snuggle with her to my heart's content. Such a peaceful and beautiful way to wind down.

Ya, the cuddling is soo sweet. I wonder if I'll be able to remember these times when she's a teenager and tells me that she hates me and that I don't know anything! :-)
