Did you ingest methylene blue? Because it's supposed to make your urine blue... It's not very toxic, as far as I know, but it's carcinogenic (it binds to DNA. It's used to color cell nuclei in the lab).

Hehe that is the problem, I am not sure if it was methylene blue or not, it didn't tell on the bottle so I called them.

It has a low toxicity level, but I haven't looked up just how carcinogenic it is.
