Screw the Olympics.
I could not have been happier with the news that the Olympics would not be coming to the U.S. I dread every fourth year when I have to hear about more assholes running fast and falling gracefully into a pool. I'm sick as hell.
I've been suffering with shortness of breath, disorientation, headache, coughing and a whole host of other crap since Saturday afternoon. I hope it's swine flu... that would be a hell of a laugh. -

I wept for our country today. We were once individualistic and free. -
Time to look for a new apartment.
My air conditioner was disconnected on 6/15 so a new roof could be put on the building. I was given a temporary solution that didn't do much. Today my condenser was reconnected and worked great until about 5pm. I called the office and they put in a ticket for it, but I discovered that in Texas they have 8 freakin' days to fix it. I've been wondering all day who we'll be mourning in 20 years. My generation has contributed nothing to our culture but Dane Cook and Britteny Spears. We have nobody worth morning. -
