You can't train yourself not to love someone hun, the pain just slowly lessens and you figure out how to busy yourself to get him off your mind. You'll always love him in some way, somwhere within you, but eventually the hurt stops. It just takes awhile.

it can work out if you truly want it to, but it will be really hard. i went on with my boyfriend hunter from august til like a couple weeks ago but we still say "i love you" on the phone. things don't change, just the surroundings do.. but congrats on college, you're going to love it so don't be too sad :)

Congrats on the CMU thing...but I'll tell you what. I know several people in fairly long distance relationships...they can work. It takes a lot of effort, but they can work.
