Milestones
1 month until I'm 1/2 through the American Planning Association conference in New Orleans.
2 months until I'm 1/2 done my master's degree.

I wonder how many people are still reading this in this space. I haven't run out of things to say, but I haven't said them all, mainly because of who may still be reading. (Though I'm not sure how it could possibly make things any worse at this point.)

Why write when you can tweet?
I've been meaning to start writing long-form essays again for a while now. One idea was to compare my first hand experiences driving through North Philadelphia and Collegeville on successive days. Another was to start discussing my "unified theory of planning". And all of those are still on the back burner. But right now, while major grad school ( Read more... ) -

It means hello and goodbye in Hawaiian. I like using it as both a greeting and a farewell, because who is to know whether this is the beginning or the end? I hope most things are only beginning, but things must end as well.

Yeah. The summer happened.
I usually listen to music before falling asleep, only stopping when a song plays that most matches my mood. Tonight, that appears to be "Seasons of Love."
I have tons to write about, most of which has been buzz-killed by Twitter. So you're welcome to go read through those archives over there.
