Mummy pitched a fit this morning and fired one of the maids! She accused her of stealing a peice of jewelery. I tried to tell Mummy that I didn't think she'd do it, but there's no listening to Mummy when she's wound up.

Then, I went to the housewares department and bought a microwave oven, and a bread maker and had them deliver it to Chie's place. *evil grin* It seems that she got married two weeks ago and my parents didn't even get her a gift. Well, they sure did now! I thought about getting them crystal or something, but I figure a microwave and a breadmaker are a bit more practical for a young couple.

Have I told you lately how great you've become? Well, if I haven't, let me now. The last few months, you've gone from a spoiled, poor little rich girl into a generous, caring human being. Yajirobe is damned lucky to have someone like you.
