Hi dearest!~ <3

PLEASE TAKE CARE OF YOUR HEART OMG HANG ON *holds it together* (I am such a bad person for doing this to you lol)

I guess your second option above for Yoochun's absence of reaction at the dinner is correct, sadly. I'd say it's the kind of emotional numbness that comes with having to deal with too many complex/tiring feelings, especially for someone like Yoochun who usually just pretends the "bad stuff" does not affect him... he's trying to keep that cool mask in place but truth is, he feels nowhere nearly his past (relative) indifference to such feelings. More like a feeling-overdose... now that's not reassuring at all XD

As for Changmin being all lovely: just imagine me google-ing "softly smiling Changmin" pics to better conjure the image while I wrote that passage >8D I spent a lot of time just looking... he does that to us all TT__TT

I hope that last image mends your bleeding heart, I'm sure Minnie can heal it better than me >_>

Thank youuuuu so much for your comment as always <3333

I so love the subtleties and depth you bring to our main characters here. We truly are inside their minds in this AU. And, at least from the realm of canon, teary Yoochun seems so true to life, as does Changmin with his razor logic. But all his observational and deductive skills do no good when he's missing the main point.

Loved two lines here out of many:

“you don’t meet people like Yoochun at university” and

"Touché" - the truth right there in plain view and Changmin can't see it.

I don't think I've ever read an "in love with your best friend" story so thoroughly done as this one.

I'm glad you find their characters realistic now that they have finally taken shape! Changmin knows a lot about Yoochun, and probably understands more about him than anyone else, yet he is also this single-minded person who doesn't question what he believes is immutable... much to Yoochun's dismay :/

Thank you so much for your comment! I hope you'll enjoy the continuation of it :)

i love it. i love every word. you've somehow got me both on the edge of my seat AND waist-deep in a sad-but-oh-so-good-feels pit at once. i like that you're making the angst last--it's something i'm horrible at but i think is so crucial to the story's development ( ... )

ahaha it's supposed to be real tense because my poor Yoochun is slowly being driven into a corner and I wanted readers to feel iiiiiit (I'm such a sadist I'm sorry TT___TT)

I didn't really see it this way when writing it but I guess you're right, feeling love this deeply is anything but "normal" for Yoochun, who had at some point resolved not to get involved emotionally with anyone any more (if you remember the first chapters), because of the hurt he had experience before (and I'm sorry to hear you had bad family experiences too u__u *hugs*). But he eventually fell for Changmin and from that moment on he didn't protect himself in the slightest and just let those feelings overpower him... until they eventually grow into this deep, deep and kind of obsessive love for the one person he let into his heart ><

Anyway, thank you so so so much for your comment but please don't cry or I'm going to feel bad LOL ♥
