My friend ran into one that was like: Bribe? ^^ and then he took the bribe and still gave him the ticket.

OMJ!!! Haihh, Malaysian cops are so corrupted la. In addition to politicians, city councils, even those driving schools! Sigh~ I guess people still gives because like you said, it gives them benefits as well.

Yesh I agree. If you don't give, other people will still give anyway, because it saves them the hassle of having to go and pay the fine. =/
