Ever since May started I've been hungry, and still denying myself every day except holidays and birthdays, of which there have been 4 or 5, and when John and Val stayed over. Jessica, honey. Have hope and hang in there. Remember Fat John? I didn't change over night. It was a lot of failed starts and hungry days, but if you're hungry all the time, you may actually be starving yourself, which would cause your body to hold onto fat. It may be that your diet and exercise aren't right for what you're trying to do. Are you dieting? Or changing your diet. Any change to your diet should be gradual and with the intention of sustaining that way of eating for the long-term. Yo-yo dieting actually destroys your ability to lose weight. Your parents seem like the type of people who, if asked, would pay for you to see a nutritionist to help you devise a way of eating that will fulfill you, but also help you lose weight. 3. I'm not going rexic. I love food too much.
4. I was just having bad day yesterday. Feel better now. Feel not as fat.

Did you know frustration adds like 20 visual lbs? lol.
