So much for the new computer. The DVD drive won't work. Been through the tech support twice and even they think I should just get a refund. Called the manufacturer/refurbisher and they are gonna e-mail us a UPS label so the shipping won't cost us anything. The bummer is that it will take about a week before we see the money back in our account.

I highly recommend Toshiba laptops. You can get one pretty reasonably from Best Buy that'll do all you need it to do.
