I have never heard of this green tea latte! Although I did see green tea chai the other day at the store. Looking at your photo I want to drink one with all the wanting that I have available to me. I am making more wanting, to meet the demands of this frothy green drink. Is it good for me?

made with matcha. and possibly love. yarden March 9 2006, 07:15:53 UTC
I don't know if it's good for you for real, but the internet says: "When you drink matcha you consume the leaves, unlike other green teas. For this reason matcha contains, by volume, higher concentrations of catechins and vitamins." I bet you could get matcha at Uwajimaya? Then you wouldn't have to pay the ridiculous price I paid for this, though it was totally delish.

PS. I am flying to Seattle tomorrow. Please pray for no rain.

aw, that's so great. the place was packed when we got there! it was the first time i'd been, and it was deelish.

i don't know much about the geography of london but i had fun looking at how the thames wanders. the map made me think of that exam that london would-be-taxi-drivers have to take before they can be actual taxi drivers. is there some kind of test like that for new york?

oh, yum. that's such a nice place for tea. is the bright green powder in the mug actually green tea? it looks too bright to be real.

yeah, i think it's real green tea matcha, but who knows. i suppose they could have added some coloring to it? It was really vivid.
