Hee, yes it takes a lot more than Italian perverts and burglars to wreck my holidays (although two weeks with the family nearly drove me totally loopy...)

It certainly is beautiful there, and the wine is lovely! I'm sure it was just unlucky we had a few 'incidents' and not anything inherently dodgy about Italy - but I won't ever be going running there again unless it's with a friendly local rugby club for protection!
