So I went to the gym the other day, did bi's and tri's, like usual. Afterward I decided to step on a scale, figuring, "hey, I've been running 4 miles a day now, I should've lost at least a few pounds." WELL, i was WRONG!! Not only did I not lose weight, but I fuckin' gained! 257! Great, now what?

I haven't really been doing much lately, just trying to run a lot and lose some of this damn weight. I'm still going to the gym (although I took a week off) and in fact today I shrugged 410, an new career high for me. Work is going ok, but I don't like spending so much time in one place.
