Ok, I really want everyone to be calm about this.  I am going to list those potential 'ships that could be explored in this story.  Obviously, we can’t have them all.  Please be nice about this.  I’m going to list those I can think of.  Then I’m going to add a comment with my personal preferences, and the arguments for those.  I encourage everyone

I'm not that sure about Neville. I don't think Neville/Luna works, because he doesn't seem too worried about her in DH. I rather see him trying to get over a bit of his crush on either Ginny or Hermione, and eventually, after DH, really finding someone to love. But, I can still be swayed with a persuasive argument.
I would love to see something like Draco/Susan Bones or Draco/Lavender. I think the angst would be loverly. We know he's married in the epilogue, and I don't think it's Pansy.
I'm pretty open about what couples could happen. I like Dean/Luna though, so I don't think I'd pair Luna with anyone else.

It seems that Neville was unattached from Canon, but he could've done the same thing that Harry did with Ginny, which is that once he realized that he's the leader of DA and a marked man, he might have broken off with whoever he was going out with before. But that person might've been not as understanding as Ginny so they never get back together afterwards.

As I am personally a Lavender/Charlie shipper, I don't think I'd want to put her with any of these other folks.

And I, too, like Luna/Dean.

And I think Draco/some nice girl would be a GREAT ship, because of the whole reasons I always had a weakness for Draco/Ginny.

I think Susan Bones or either of the Patils or Blaise or anyone else that we don't get a specific "characterization" for in canon would be fun to write, because there's a little more leeway there.

Maybe Seamus and Pansy Parkinson...she hates it, but the sex is hot.

Hmm...I think Shannon has dibs on Lavender, and she wants to put her with Ernie Macmillan, so go bug her.

Het route for Neville...I'd say Neville/Susan

I don't think Neville would go with Ginny (crush or not, and I don't believe he has one) as he knows Harry had a thing for her. Neville simply wouldn't do that (in my mind)

If we were to go the slash route, I'd say Neville/Terry..no reason, I just think that he and a Ravenclaw would work and Ernie would do, but I think he (in canon) comes across as too pompus for Neville

Seamus....Oh god, I'd love to see a lust/hate relationship between him and a Slytherin

Draco and I'm inclined to say nobody....he's to worried about saving his own neck in this one for anything else. Not to say Draco being pursued by someone and being ignored couldn't work, I just don't see him with anyone.

But those are just my opinions

Got it. I'll add Neville/Terry as an option, along with Draco/Nobody and let's say, Seamus/Pansy?

I love Lavender/Neville, but I know you guys are thinking of her with a Hufflepuff, so if she's not with Neville, either Ernie or Michael would work for me.

Pansy/Blaise is a good one that isn't listed.

Draco/Susan might work, but I don't see any of the Gryffs pairing up with him.

I am very dedicated to Neville/Luna and even though he doesn't seem to worried about her, I think that that's just because he knew she was going to be okay. Not a very strong argument, I know, but there it is. I vote for Neville/Luna. Neville/nobody works for me, too, though.

Other than that, I'm not too picky.

Hee!! No problem, but please don't hate me for not liking Neville/Luna because JKR has already said 'no' to them, and she set up Luna/Dean, I thought.
