After several years of arguing why my music is ethically superior (a point I think is provable), I want to share why aesthetically my music is great (a point I don't think is provable). I don't think that one set of aesthetics is superior to any other, so I'm not trying to 'prove' my own little niche is superior. More just say why I love it so.

On religion, culture and the world
Britain's reaction to religious theocracies is a good marker in how close were are to a secular state. By a Secular state, I mean one which separates church and state, which does not persecute, but at the same time does not favour individuals by religious belief or ortherwise lack thereof. Unlike everyone else in the world, I thought is was really good. Granted, it was complex, and convoluted and plot-twist-tastic. But by this point in the story, I felt drawn in enough by the characters that I was gripped by their struggle. Had an amazing start to May Day. Although at work, I was out near Kinross by 8am, in time to see a valley full of mist, looming hills and bright spring sunshine. The perfect way to start the day.
