Work is so amazingly busy at the moment, hence my low social profile. This weekend won't improve matters much, as I'm away to an old friend's wedding Saturday night back in Sedbergh. However, I will be up for meeting folk Friday evening if anything is happening.

What a weekend! Not only did I have shitloads planned, but then found out on Wednesday that my Dad was coming up. It had been planned for ages, but in my general fog of stress that I've been going round in recently, mixed the dates up. I was sure he was booked in for next weekend. More guitars
OK, an idea for my guitar (which, btw, I'm a few months off affording):
I get a Yamaha RGX A2, then mod it up with some quality pickups. Maybe a beefy humbucker and a brighter, thinner one. I still need to work out exactly what the upgrade will be. I'll wait 'til I get the guitar and see what it's lacking
