If you were sentenced to DEATH there is usually a damn good reason... its not like they though, well, theres SOME evidence here so lets fry the bastard.

And if there is evidence that you knew full well what you were doing and you still decided it was fun to snipe people off of buildings, then f*ck you

Yeah but it's totally unjust to say well we've got evidence he knew what he was doing, LET'S FRY HIM but not say well there's evidence this particular person is smart enough to make her own decision about smoking, let's let her make it.
