One of my law school professors died yesterday: Morgan Shipman. He was a character. He had to be in his late 70's, if not 80's. I think there are only two names from OSU that I don't see on the list, but apparently 13 people did not pass according to the chart. Over 88% of first-time takers passed. Ohio State had 90%.

I have such a bad cold. :( :( :( :( :(

I might not be able to run the halloween 5K tomorrow morning because I can't talk or breathe. :( :( :(

But I got official notice from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that I passed the patent bar. :D I just have to send them $100 and wait for someone to say I am morally fit, I will be a patent agent.
