Climbing last night was great. There was Heppie (hepstar), Will and myself. The lovely Leanne (lsowersby) was unable to make it :( However, I was lame. I've been feeling under the weather since the weekend, which I'm sure didn't help, but mostly I was just lame. Though I got better as we went on at least ( Read more... )

I'd love to be able to go climbing with you guys...

Are you busy at all this weekend? Tomorrow night or Sunday afternon?

Tonite we are not doing anything I don't think. I'm ill so I need a rest, Ian may well be working late again (he's been working until about 10pm every night this week poor thing) - I won't find out when he is getting home until he arives home really though.

Sunday we are doing family stuff (driving to Reading), although to be honest I'd much rather be curled up in bed :(

What are your plans?

Tonight I'll be doing something (as yet undecided) with air_bizkit and tothaema (which will be the first time I've met her). It won't be anything too energetic as I'm knackered! If you feel up to something, let me know as I'm still dying to meet you!

Sunday I'll be going up to dylan's place with the family for a BBQ. dylan said bring anyone, so if you somehow find yourselves free, come along!

*hugs*
Hope you feel betterer soon!

Sunday - thanks for the offer, but I can't see us being free :(

Tonite - if we do feel up to something I'll let you know - but to be honest, I've just got home from work, and already all I want to do is curl up and sleep :(

Being ill sucks :(

Have a great weekend if we don't see you and we will have to arrange something soon :)

I remember doing one they used to have that went on to a bit that came down from the roof, with nothing below you (no doubt the same place yours was). It was the first time I was scared climbing really. There was no way I could unclip the penultimate quickdraw. I tried but it just felt suicidal. Two quickdraws ok, one too frightening!

Yes am totally with you there. It was so scary! But I get scared quite easily. I certainly had the shakes when I had to move onto the overhang :S
