Here I am at work, and finally almost completely official. My passport showed up just barely in time, I have to take it over and show it to them before 5 today. Blah blah blah... oh, and the parking garage behind us is on fire. Apparently people heard explosions. Hmm. We definitely smell the smoke. La la... we're on the 13th floor, evacuation

I'm sure I'll have a lot more to do once I know how to do everything ;) But I'll probably be able to check during lunch, if I opt to eat at my desk.

No public internet access during training, and not supposed to be visiting such sites even afterwards. I can check my gmail on one of the public terminals during breaks, but that's about it.
