I figure, if I just don't eat as much during the day, but eat the same amount for breakfast I should be set. I mean, yesterday I didn't eat dinner at all, and lunch was like half of a sandwhich. But for breakfast I had cereal and I think a pop-tart. Not sure, cause I forgot. I figure if I do this the entire month of Sep. I should lose like 5 pounds
