it was so bad.. during practice matt cut his head open on allens knee and it was so nasty i never want to see that much blood again'withen two seconds of falling to the ground his head was surrounded by a puddle of blood with the blood still violently flowing quickly our coaches pressed the wound with a shirt and got the trainers to bandage it up ( Read more... )

Okay so heres how it is my knee hurts on saturday i went to the beach with the wrestleing team in the keys and we owned in beach volleyball thats right.
