'Cos I needed to suggest something as ludicrous as wax. Only for some odd reason, it had to be edible. I've heard rumour that some people actually eat beets.

If you want to start a hot new trend, serve Shochu with a shot of Sloe Gin. Not sure if it would be better served hot or cold.

Midori, Sake (cold, filtered), Shochu (made with sweet potato)
Or maybe more of a flavor bite:
Shochu (same as above), Asahi Dark, served alongside a cup of Oolong Tea.... Or maybe black....
