i think you can countersue when he brings you to court, but i think he'd win: he's got more money.

the dmca actually has a special section that adds damages if you use the dmca to take stuff down that isn't actually a copyright violation. i think diebold's gonna be the first group to have to pay for that.

Satire applies to speech, but not to sales of a commercial product incorporating an individual's likeness. If they take his face off it and do something else, they're golden.
